To change your password, please follow the steps below:
- Go to the home page of the Reebok Fitness App.
- Click your avatar on the top left-hand corner of the screen to access your profile.
- Click the settings wheel on the top right-hand corner of the screen to bring up the settings page.
- Click 'Edit Profile'.
- Scroll down to the bottom of this page and click ‘Change password’.
- Enter your current password, then type your new password and confirm in the second box.
- Finally click 'Change Password' to save your updates.
If you have forgotten your password, please follow the steps below:
- Open the Reebok Fitness App and click the ‘Log in’ option.
- Enter the email address associated with your account. Please note that email addresses are case-sensitive.
- Under the password entry field, click ‘Forgot Password?’
- Confirm your email address is spelled correctly before clicking ‘Send email’.
- You will then receive an email with a link provided to reset your password.
After you reset your password, you can return to the ‘Log in’ page and sign into your account as normal.
