For Apple and Google Play Store users, subscriptions can be managed directly in your app store. If you signed up via our website, please ensure you have contacted our customer team via the link below, 5 business days before the next scheduled billing date, to avoid renewal payment.
Refunds
In accordance with the terms and conditions you agree to upon signing up, all customers must contact us directly 5 days before your upcoming billing date to cancel to ensure no funds are taken.
Apple Users
As you signed up via the Apple App Store and your payment was made directly to them, we are unable to issue a refund as we do not have access to your payment details. To request a refund please contact Apple support.
Android/Google Play Store
As you signed up via the Google Play Store and your payment was made directly to them, we are unable to issue a refund as we do not have access to your payment details. To request a refund please contact Google Play Store support.
Website
For subscribers that signed up via our website you can manage your subscription by visiting our website https://www.reebokfitness.app. By clicking on the 'LOGIN/MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION' button at the top of the page, you can input the email address and password that you signed up with to log in. Once you have successfully logged in, you will be able to cancel your current subscription.
