Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- There is a 2pm CST cut off for all next-day/expedited orders.

There are no restrictions on shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. territories.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
- Free standard shipping may be offered during promotional periods.
- Orders will be split into two parts. First, sizing kit and then chosen ring size. Both orders will be shipped via the same method chosen at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your shipment via the carrier’s website or through your Reebok Smart Ring account.
Failed Deliveries & Address Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Reebok Smart Ring is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional fees may apply).
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for assistance by emailing support@reeboksmartring.com
