The Reebok Fitness App is home to a collection of workouts that cater to all disciplines and fitness levels. To explore our library of workouts, follow the steps below:
- Open the Reebok Fitness App.
- Click the ‘Fitness’ icon on the bottom of the screen.
- On the Fitness page, you will see a selection of disciplines such as cardio, yoga and strength. You can select a discipline or click ‘At Home Plans’ 'Gym Workouts' or our partner workouts, to view all content.
- You can then select any featured workout to be taken to the program page. From here, you can select a workout and click ‘Start Workout’.
- There will be an option to 'Download workout' for some of our content, which we would encourage you to complete to receive the best possible experience.
- Some of our content includes a 'Feel the beat' feature, allowing you to link your chosen music playlist.
- Once you select a workout, a countdown timer will begin, allowing time to connect to your wearable or smart watch. This can be done by clicking the heart icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. Please ensure you have Bluetooth enable so that your device is discoverable.
- If you do not want to connect to a wearable device you can simply click 'Start Now' to begin.
When you finish your workout, you can edit the workout details, amend the name, and add notes to the ‘How did it go?’ section. You can also amend the privacy if you do not want this to appear on the community feed for your followers to see.
Once you have edited the details, click ’Save Workout’ to add this workout to your profile.
You can click the heart symbol on any of the workout images to add them to your favorites. This will make them easily accessible on the ‘Fitness’ page every time you exercise.
