To track your check-ins from the Daily Mood Tracker, workouts, and wellness activities completed, follow the steps below:
- Access your profile by clicking your avatar on the top left-hand corner of the home page.
- On your profile click ‘Activity’. The days you have logged an activity will be highlighted.
- Click the arrow on the top right-hand corner of the calendar to review activities from previous months.
