If you are experiencing a bug such as a video not loading, or your app freezing try the steps below to reset the Reebok Fitness App:
- Check you have downloaded the latest version of the app in your chosen app store.
- Check your Wi-Fi and data coverage, sometimes playback can be affected by your connectivity.
- Close the app and reopen.
If you continue to experience issues, please contact us following the steps below:
- Open the Reebok Fitness App.
- Click your avatar in the top left-hand corner to access your profile.
- Click the settings icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Click ‘Help and Support’.
- Click the 'Help Centre' tab and submit a request using the link at the top or bottom of the page.
