This section has several meditations covering depression, alleviating stress, self-kindness, becoming motivated and more. The times range from 2 minutes to 15 minutes allowing you to select the best meditation for you.
BREATHWORK
Our breathwork mini-series collection teaches you how to control your breath, and in doing so can assist in improving sleep, alleviating stress and helping you to reset.
PODCASTS
Our podcast collection features guest presenters and some of our trainers as they discuss a rich diversity of subject matter including the ‘Road to Recovery’ with the stars of the hit show SAS: Who Dares Wins.
SLEEP
The sleep section provides a collection of soothing soundscapes to help you drift off into a peaceful sleep. Choose from heavy rain, jungle campfire, thunderstorms and more.

Music provides playlists of relaxing tracks available for meditation, sleep, and healing.
