To filter workouts and find the best exercises to suit you, please follow the steps below:
- Open the Reebok Fitness App.
- Click the ‘Fitness’ icon at the bottom of the home screen.
- On the Fitness page, click the search icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- This will allow you to type in the search bar, or you can click the filter icon at the top left-hand corner.
- You can add filters such as length of the workout, difficulty level, what body parts you want to exercise and category.
- Select your chosen filters and click ‘Show Results’.
You can now explore this collection of workouts. You can click the heart symbol on any of the workout images to add them to your favorites. This will make them easily accessible on the ‘Fitness’ page every time you exercise.
