As well as choosing from our collection of workouts, you can now log your own with our QuickStart functionality. The QuickStart option allows you to record and post your own workout. Follow the steps below to get started.
- Click the + sign on the bottom right-hand corner of the home screen to view all exercise types.
- Select your chosen workout type from the list available.
- Click ‘START’ to begin your workout.
- Click the heart on the bottom left-hand side of your screen to connect your smart watch or device to monitor your workout data.
- When you are finished, hold down the pause button.
- You will now see the options to ‘RESUME’ or ‘HOLD TO FINISH’.
- Click ‘HOLD TO FINISH’, keeping your finger on the circle until the red ring surrounds it.
- You can now edit your workout details.
- When you have completed all edits, click ‘Save Workout’.
- All exercises completed are posted to your profile and will be visible on the community feed for those who follow you.
- If you prefer to keep your workout private, and visible only by you on your profile you have the option to post it as “Private”.
Privacy Notice: If you have enabled location settings and choose to run, walk or cycle, the route of your workout will automatically show in the image thumbnail section of your post. If you do not want this to show, you can select the eye icon on the bottom right of the image and make sure it represents an eye being closed. This will hide the thumbnail showing your location.
If you have been exercising with a friend, you can tag them in your workout post by clicking the ‘Tag a friend’ option and searching for their name in the search bar provided. You must be following the user to be able to tag them. Please check that your friend is happy to be tagged ahead of posting.
